Our Foundation Series “Life Solutions” 1 & 2 lay the groundwork for a transformative journey towards abundant living and freedom for life.

Guided by Jenie and Chris Nowak, these 8-week group sessions focus on establishing essential principles and practices that foster both

your own healing and personal development and learning the tools to bring healing, transformation and freedom for life to your family,

church and community.  You will learn the scriptural background for the framework and prayers.  You will practice (with your prayer

partner) inviting Holy Spirit to guide you in identifying hurts and praying healing prayers.  You will learn to use the Framework with your prayer

partner to identify and bring release to bad attitudes, self-fulfilling prophecies and issues of “self” control.   You will learn to release

judgments, expectations and vows under the guidance of Holy Spirit.  And you  will learn to transform habit structures, release and renew

memories and walk in freedom, favor and blessings. 

Jenie and Chris model and lead you through transformative healing prayers that you practice during group sessions and throughout the

week.   There is time for Q&A at the end of each session.  HotSeats (time to deep dive into your needs and or skills during Group) are made

available during the last 2-3 sessions.  All Sessions are recorded for your further review and training.
