About Jenie Nowak

Hi, everybody! I’m Jenie Nowak, co-founder of Freedom For Life Transformational Coaching, and here’s my story. As a speech pathologist and behavior analyst by trade, I’m also an abundant life heart healer, wife of almost 30 years, and a proud mom to a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Infantry.

I’m a licensed minister with apostolic prophetic gifting, a church planter, and a minister for children, women, and families. I’m also a kingdom entrepreneur, navigating the exciting paths God has set before me.

But it hasn’t always been this way. Growing up, I faced significant challenges, including years of

sexual trauma that left me hiding and struggling with perfectionism and people-pleasing.

Despite these hardships, I found solace in my Catholic faith, which laid the groundwork for my eventual transformation.

In college, feeling lost and empty, I sought love and acceptance in all the wrong places. However, a fresh start in Colorado led me to a Christian college campus group where I discovered daily devotions and a personal relationship with Jesus. This marked the beginning of my healing journey, although it was a long and difficult process.

My true breakthrough came in Birmingham, Alabama, under the mentorship of Barbara Stevens and her Abundant Life classes. These sessions provided profound healing and a framework that would shape my life and ministry. I learned to recognize and address the deep-seated hurts and behaviors that had been holding me back.

When I moved to Florida and met my husband, Chris, we committed to this journey of healing together. This process, which has been part of our lives for nearly three decades, has not only helped us thrive in our marriage but also in our ministry, everyday interactions and outreach.

Today, I’m passionate about sharing this transformative journey through our Life Solutions course and Freedom for Life framework. Whether you’ve experienced deep traumas or everyday hurts, I believe everyone can benefit from this healing process. It’s about freeing our hearts to fully love and receive love, living the abundant life that God promises.

About Chris Nowak

Hi, I'm Chris Nowak, co-founder of Freedom For Life Transformational Coaching. By training, I have an MBA and am an Ordained Minister with Kingdom International. I am a Prophet and lead our School of Prophecy training others in prophetic ministry. I have planted churches, led worship, developed teachings, discipled men/couples, and mentored others into maturity knowing their identity and walking in supernatural ministry. My journey with the Life Solutions Framework has profoundly transformed my life, and I'm passionate about sharing this healing/freedom producing process with others.

My early years were marked by turmoil. I grew up with an alcoholic and manic depressive stepfather who was abusive in every sense. Home was a place of fear. I suffered sexual trauma, leaving me with a deep-seated fear and distrust of men and authority figures. This also made it difficult to relate to God as a loving Heavenly Father.

When I got engaged to my wife, Jenie, she introduced me to the Life Solutions Framework. She had been trained in it two years before we met and said, ”This is me. This is how I do life. If you want “us” to work, you’ll learn this too.” As I delved into the material, Holy Spirit began revealing the wounds from my childhood. Through prayer and the framework, I started to heal. The nightmares ceased, and my life began to transform.

Addressing my wounds allowed me to tackle the judgments, expectancies, and vows that had formed as a result. About a year into the program, a college friend noted the change in me, saying, "The cloud that was continually over you in college is gone." This external validation was incredibly encouraging.

While life hasn't been perfect since, the Life Solutions Framework has equipped Jenie and me to handle issues as they arise, preventing them from escalating into major problems. We've faced significant challenges in our marriage, but by God's grace and the tools we've learned, we've weathered the storms together.
